The hotel offers a great location, close to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of southern Myrtle Beach. The spacious rooms are perfect for families, and the pools are enjoyable for all ages. Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations, with issues in housekeeping and communication. The dining options were decent, but the cleanliness around the pools needs improvement.
